Nah, normal. Ticket on-sale date is usually between late September and mid-October. And they always announce bands around that.
The only early announcement was Rush.
With the confirmation of KISS today, we now know who the two big headliners are. The third headliner will be considerably smaller and will play Friday. KISS are playing Thursday, Rush are Saturday.
