But unless a show was announced on short notice (like Suffocation / Origin) that shouldn't be a problem, since bands almost always make multiple posts about their upcoming shows. I mean, you have to be pretty out of the loop to not know about this stuff. We have it so much easier now than it was back before the internet.

Well, for instance, you met my friend Bryan at the Phobia show. He doesn't use the computer, so any band news on Facebook is not going to reach his ears. He knows more about shows than I do, but won't find out through Facebook.
