Because they weren't popular until the third album, so 90% the crowd at any given show won't know or care about that stuff. Simple, really.
It's also no surprise that almost the entire set is singles that charted.
I actually like Nickelback, and I'd totally see them live once (haven't done so yet), but they've always gone after money, which is why they try to rewrite their most successful song on every album, and their shows are always going to reflect that.
