This is why I posted Kyuss in the "bands you wish never reunited" thread a few weeks ago. In the end of all this one side (Bjork and Garcia or Homme and Reeder) is going to come out looking like total jerks and Kyuss will be gone and remembered as a band that tried to get back together but broke up again because the members started suing each other. I can only imagine that Homme's side is going to win because let's face it; he's the huge rock-star and can afford the lawyers. Who knows, maybe he deserves to win. But if this is the end to see them go out this way is just...lame.
