This is true. I used to be a Pepsi/Coca Cola junkie. I barely drink the stuff now, unless I'm eating pizza or a burger. It's amazing how easy it is to replace almost any drink with water and only water. Coffee is nice for the caffeine fix, in moderation, as long as you're not putting three creams and four sugars in it! I've almost managed to cut out all sugar/cream in my coffee too as I'm down to one sugar and no cream.
