Something Wicked This Way Comes... too many good songs, awesome. Dark Saga is the album that helped me a lot in playing fast riffs on guitar when I started learning. I learned almost every song on that album, and I will always love it. My pick would probably be for Night of the Stormrider if I had to choose. Stormrider, the song, is what got me turned onto Iced Earth, with that fast chugging verse riff.
When it comes to Iced Earth, only the original versions of Enter The Realm and Iced Earth are bad (at least vocally) otherwise there is not down point in IE's career. Something Wicked Part 2. is as close to that happening.

Burnt Offerings hit me just like Horror Show it was so hard to choose.

I'm definitely planning on that this summer.
