Actually made it to the show after 12 hours of work and getting out a little over an hour before Macabre went on! That being said, I didn't see any of the opening bands so I can't really review them. Macabre were your standard Macabre. Some people hate them live, others love them. I personally love them, they're an incredibly fun band, on record and live. This was my 3rd time seeing them and the 2nd Holiday of Horror I've been to. The drummer and bassist said that they played like shit tonight but the drummer was fucking awesome and I couldn't tell that the bassist was messing up. The frontman was spot on though. Overall, I'm very happy I made it to this show and have it end this year of shows like it did last year as well.
