As much as Mike Portnoy is a complete tool, his musical ability is undeniable. When I found out he was in a new band with members of Fozzy and Symphony X, I was apprehensive, as I'm not a huge fan of either band, but this E.P. kicks a fairly decent amount of ass. Very much on a groove/hard rock side of things, this is a more than acceptable set of songs, and provides a very good platform for future releases, this is definitely a project to watch.

Psychosane - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO7ON_5SIck
This just missed out on making my list. Psychosane and the Sabbath cover are immense, but the other three tracks just aren't as memorable. Very close to cracking my top 5 though.
