My menu today:
Breakfast: Quiche with bacon, eggs, zucchini, spinach, mushroom, garlic, bell pepper.
Whey protein shake with almond milk, topped with shredded coconut, coconut milk, and blueberries.
Lunch: Spinach salad with chicken breast, zucchini, tomato, asparagus, broccoli, red bell pepper, and an olive oil/coconut milk/hot sauce/herb dressing.
Snack: Fuji apple.
Dinner: Turkey drumstick rubbed with a spice/herb mix, asparagus, broccoli, avocado.
