When trying to lose weight (which is now):
Chicken bowl, no rice, double black beans, fresh salsa, a little bit of cheese, lots of lettuce
When NOT trying to lose weight:
Chicken bowl, plenty of rice, black beans, fresh salsa, corn salsa, plenty of cheese, lots of lettuce
...and double meat if it's right after a workout.
