Good point, and fair enough! Some music is definitely like that for me, like Opeth or Between the Buried and Me. But there's something to be said for the adrenaline rush you get in a mosh for some music, and these bands are that kind of music to me. But yeah, my ass is pretty kicked physically, and my knee is gonna be bruised for the next week.
Worth it, in my stupid opinion. I'm gonna die by age 35...
