Since it's an endurance course as well, I'm just using two ten-pound weights. I don't need to be a badass and try doing it with 30s just to find out I can't finish.

I've gone by that philosophy before, but when you're making food mistakes like five days a week, no amount of cardio is going to undo those buffalo wing binges. And why is it that lunch is better to eat like a pig during, exactly? My hunch is it has something to do with your metabolism not wanting you to go to sleep so soon after eating badly, but I'm not sure.
