Third time seeing MOTA, easily the best thing Dayton has given the music world in probably ever. They never disappoint live and tonight was especially awesome given the atmosphere of the venue. They're embarking on the "Ultimate Brodeo" tour with Behold...the Arctopus and Intronaut this week and if it hits a town near you, you would be remiss to skip it I think.
The Atlas Moth went on first and played music that was similar to MOTA's, but not executed nearly as flawlessly (or interestingly).
Goatherd were FUCKING GOATHERD!!! Local instrumental duo that create way too much noise for two dudes, love 'em.
Dripfeeder were METAL!!!, and were boring.
Mouth of the Architect owned everyone in sight but unfortunately played for not very long, as they are known for doing. Setlist (not a bad one, either):
A Vivid Chaos
Hate and Heartache
At Arms Length
A Beautiful Corpse
SWEETER THAN HONEY AND LIES
