Dimmu did, I'm 99% sure, the exact same setlist they did back when I saw them in Philly in April 07, setlist for that tour has gotta be around here somewhere...Shagrath even said the same things to the crowd in between songs...
And In Flames actually did Episode 666 and Colony, I hadn't seen either song done in the US in ages
