Dream Faith No More Setlist

Now that it has been confirmed that Faith No More are reuniting for a run of shows in Europe, what would you like to see them play?

FNM-Always uncompromising...

Faith No More always challenged (and sometimes pissed off) their fans...that is a GOOD thing...too many bands pander to the masses...I think they should open with Epic to get it out of the way, and then play a bunch of never played/rarely played tracks, followed by a few favorites...

Epic
Malpractice
Smaller & Smaller
Absolute Zero
Mouth To Mouth
She Loves Me Not
Greenfields
The Last To Know
Mark Bowen
The Crab Song
Zombie Eaters
Midlife Crisis
The Morning After
Why Do You Bother?
RV
Star AD
A Small Victory
From Out Of Nowhere
As The Worm Turns
Midnight Cowboy

Interesting set ... not enough King for a Day or Album of the Year though.

::laugh::

A) Great setlist...
B) Great kissoff to people giving you a hard time...I am an old-school fan...I know all their music...but it pisses me off when I like a band (any band) and people say "You're not a true fan because..." of any number of idiotic reasons....bravo.

Thanks...and good point...I was just going with some rarer stuff, of which AOTY and KFAD didn't really qualify for...they are, in general, amazing albums, most of whom's songs translate very well live...

serialcarpins 01-13-2010 06:59 AM
are these from the two albums before patton.
Wow...I guess I'm randomly replying to these threads, even though I haven't been here in ages...slow day at work, I guess. :)

Lessee...

Absolute Zero-Is an AMAZING B-side from King For a Day...it was on an import Digging the Grave single, and now shows up on their latest Greatest Hits compilation...
Greenfields-Also a B-side from a different Digging the Grave single...it was a cover that was originally done (I think) by The Brothers Four...
Mark Bowen, Why Do You Bother?-Yep...pre-Patton songs that Patton knocks out of the park live...both on their first album "We Care A Lot"
The Crab Song-Ditto...except it's on their second one "Introduce Yourself"...sounds very similar to Zombie Eaters, IMHO.

:-)

I've never heard anything from them before The Real Thing and I really don't care. The four albums they did with Mike Patton is enough for me. I hope they bring a tour to the US at some point and hopefully we can get a new album.
