Never listened to Metallica before about August, and I think it's a very good modern metal album. :)

You never had listened to Metallica until August of this year?
You never had listened to Metallica until August of this year?
Pretty much! Like, I knew Enter Sandman and stuff.

When I started listening to metal, I went in backwards. My first bands were black metal/grindcore. Only after a couple years of that stuff, did I listen to normal stuff. Never listened to Priest until this year, about March maybe.

DethMaiden 12-02-2008 11:28 AM

Well for the year-end list (voting goes up January 1st like always, folks), you'll need to kill Demon Entrails and find a new 10th. Only new material permitted. :D

Div 12-02-2008 12:29 PM

you realize that you dont actually have to purchase the album for it to qualify being put on the year end album thread, right?
