Motorhead and Down to open for Heaven and Hell

According to BW&BK sources, MOTÖRHEAD and DOWN will be opening up for HEAVEN AND HELL - the band featuring RONNIE JAMES DIO (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar - BLACK SABBATH), Geezer Butler (bass - Black Sabbath) and Vinnie Appice (drums) - on their upcoming North American tour.

As previously reported, Heaven And Hell will be commencing their World Tour in Vancouver, BC on March 3rd and they will play at least seven shows across Canada, ending in Toronto (other stops may include Ottawa, London, Quebec City and Montreal). Venue sizes will range from 5-10,000 seaters. Other possible countries include South America, Japan, Korea, Australia and Europe before returning to North America for a US tour in August.

Watch for a massive Heaven And Hell feature in BW&BK #102 ... out in February 2007!

It's not neccearily that. It's when you make flat-out stupid comments about bands that I like.

First of all, I don't understand how somebody who likes Megadeth, Slayer, Judas Priest, and bits of Overkill, can find Motorhead "too fast for its own good." I mean, grant it Motorhead, tends to write (and play) at the same speed sometimes, but fuck! There are great moments of melody and brutality all over the place.

Besides if you want not-so-fast Motorhead songs, there is always my all time fave Motorhead song: Orgasmatron.
