Wow, didn't Wasp headline? Why is their setlist shorter than LA Guns and Stephen Pearcy???
|
WASP did headline. Their set is shorter because they didn't get onstage till after 11:00pm and there was a midnight curfew. The venue doors were supposed to open around 6:00pm and the show to start at 7:00pm. The doors didn't open till 8:00pm due to Blackie Lawless holding a late soundcheck. Stephen Pearcy didn't hit the stage till 8:45pm

I hear how Blackie likes to waste time and to try and bully the opening acts into not playing. But If he was the one headlining, then he's the one who got fucked this time. |
W.A.S.P didn't do Blind In Texas?
W.A.S.P were amazing when I saw 'em on this tour, awesome stuff. :rocker: |

Hmmm... my band was actually the first band in line to get the opening slot for this tour at the tour's stop closest to me, but they weren't allowing the venue to add any local opening acts, so we didn't get it... Oh well...

Another one of Blackie's scare tactics. I don't know why he's afraid of local acts. Probably because he can't do the onstage antics he used to do in the 80's so now he has to rely on his actual songs. Not that Blackie should have to worry about that. |
wasp did close this show with Blind in Texas!!
