It's Back, My Top 100 Albums Of All Time Version 2.0

When I finished my first Top 100 albums of all time list last year, I said I would do a revised version at the end of the year. Well, since that didn't happen I have decided to do it now. My list has changed so much that I do believe the new one merits being posted. I am not going to do reviews this time, I'm just going to post a album cover and a song link to my favorite track off the record. I should be starting sometime today so check back frequently.

I expect this to be radically different from the last one. Better be some black metal here.

And c'mon man, if you're going to do a list, include reviews. Even if they're brief, write out something.

This from the kid who's never going to change ;)

Lipservice had better make it!

this is exactly why I'm making it. Most of the changes are the traditional heavy metal and melodic death metal I've been exposed to in the past year. Other than that nothing out of the ordinary, just a broader range of the genres I like.

I'm just going to tell you right now, it will :horns:

Ok I guess I'll throw in a thing or two for them, figured nobody would want to read them because some of them are still the same from last list.

100.Elvenking - Two Tragedy Poets (...And A Caravan Of Weird Figures)

Place on original list: None
Place on revised list: 55

My love of folk and power metal comes from my love of all things fantasy, and expect a lot more power/folk in this list than my last one. Elvenking are one of the best folk metal bands out there, and this is hands down their best record. Also includes a very surprisingly 80's Bon Jovi like cover of 'Heaven Is A Place On Earth'.

Favorite song: Another Awful Hobs Tale https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=6mEYem1l2Yg

OMG THERE BETTER BE WHAT I LIKE IN HERE OTHERWISE INVALID.

Though i'm probably not one to judge since my musical taste at age 16 was like, Numetal, Metallica, and modern hard rock. But I also discovered Opeth and Children of Bodom at that age so whatever.

Thought so ;)

I listened to the new one again today. It has literally two good songs. Easily their worst album to date.
