Mushroomhead -- Montgomery, AL -- October 4th, 2013
The first band didn't start until 9, and there were 4 bands opening that we never heard of so we didn't show up until later. About 10:30 we decided to go in and some horrible band called One Eyed Doll were playing so we went back out to the car to drink some more.
We came back in at 11 and I could tell the crowd was pretty warmed up. MRH started at 11:30 and played until 12:40. This was my second time seeing them and my first time seeing them with J Mann. He sounded great so did the other two vocalists which was also cool that they had 3 of them all together.
They sounded awesome and much better then the first time I saw them in 2010. Highly recommend seeing them if they come close to you. The whole band was at the merch booth after the show (expect Jeffery Nothing) and were all cool guys.

I wish they would come here some day, but no one knows them in Canada... Also, I thought that this "old school" tour would have made them bring back more old songs, bit it just looks like they kept the same set they always play and just removed the newer ones.
They hardly change their setlist between tours. They're still a super amazing band to see live though. Also, they need to play longer than an hour since they do headline.
Set is pretty standard, which sucks because I really want them to bring some old stuff back and was hoping they would with Jmann back. But they still always put on a good show! Would love to see them with him back in. How do they split the vocals with the newer songs? and does Waylon just sit out on some of the other ones or what?

That's pretty much what happens. When I saw them Waylon talked about J Mann is back in the band, and how he was a fan of the music before he joined the band and how he wants to watch it. So after that was said he sat on a chair by the drums for a few songs. There are a lot of times all three would be up there and would just take turns doing the vocals.
