This would be perfect for FunFunFun Fest.

It would be sick if they played the Palladium for a couple nights again like they did ten years back. It would be big enough to fit lots of fans and it would be GA.

Interesting that they got Ron Reyes though, I'm amazed that Dez Cadena wouldn't want to quit the fake Misfits for this haha.
Following the announcement that Black Flag's 1979 lineup will reunite for the UK's Hevy Fest, yet another Black Flag reunion is in the works.

Former members Keith Morris (recently of OFF!), Chuck Dukowski, and Bill Stevenson have formed FLAG, along with Stephen Egerton of Descendents and All. They'll tour the U.S. this year and play Belgium's Groezrock Festival and Germany's Monster Bash. Dates below, with more to come. According to a press release, they will play "sets that pull from all eras of Black Flag's history."

Contrary to what was initially reported, Dukowski is not part of the Hevy Fest reunion.
Yeah that seemeed weird to too. Too good to be true. Watch em get Kira.

So as of now there's two Black Flags.

"Black Flag" = Greg Ginn,Ron Reyes,Robo

"Flag" =Keith Morris,Chuck Dukoski,Bill Stevenson,and they got Stephen Egerton(Descendents) on guitar.

I know Ron and Greg have been cool for a few years now. They played some songs together a few years back. And im glad they didnt get Dez. He was always my least favorite BF singer. And we all knew Rollins wouldnt do it. As much as id want that,wouldnt happen.

Oh fuck yes. :drool:

EDIT:
I'm sure you all know that we love all things Black Flag. We know you do too - one of the most important bands of our time - featuring more than 16 dudes in and out of the line up. You have seen Keith and Henry walk around our grounds many times. Ginn lives here in TX still working SST. You have heard BF covers on our stages. You hear BF tunes at our venue shows every night.

So, with all of that said, we would like to know what you think about these latest developments in punk rock gossip.
From Fun Fun Fun Fest's Facebook (try saying that seven times fast). May the wild mass guessing...begin?

While I like Keith Morris a hell of a lot more as a vocalist (and I'm easily as excited about the rest of the FLAG line-up), GREG GINN AND ROBO. GREG GINN AND ROBO.

pretty damn good year to be a Black Flag fan, it looks like.

From Gregg Ginn's FB page: BLACK FLAG has reformed and is in the process of putting finishing touches on a new album with founder Greg Ginn on guitar, Ron Reyes on vocals, Gregory Moore on drums and Dale Nixon on bass.
