It's a shame. I was a HUGE fan of these guys in the late 80's/early 90's. They bore me now. Every set-list seems lame, generic and put together with no effort. Some new songs, with a few of the SAME classics played every tour. Yawn.

The 25th anniversary tour a couple years ago addressed the stagnant setlist problem pretty well. When the Sun Burns Red, The Pestilence, Endless Pain and Impossible Brutality all made appearances. I too would love to see Kreator throw in a couple rare classics per tour though. Toxic Trace, Love Us or Hate Us, Under the Guillotine, Terror Zone, Behind the Mirror... there are too many great Kreator songs that have received little to no love in the last decade. |
