Awesome show. Setlist was strange as hell but everything sounded great. The new songs were awesome live. I was happy to have finally seen Red Sector A. The Analog Kid rocked hard, too.

Another little change in this set I see.

It looks like they came to their senses and dropped Working Man for The Spirit Of Radio. Hopefully that sticks because it's just not a Rush show without Spirit and besides, who the hell would want to hear Working Man over that anyways?

For those who have seen them play Manhattan Project this tour, I was wondering what the crowd reaction has been for that one so far?

The crowd reaction for Manhattan Project was basically the same as it was for all the other 80's era songs that weren't Force Ten, Big Money, or Subdivisions. That being that alot of the crowd didn't seem too interested.

Kinda sad that Analog Kid and Manhattan Project are getting lackluster responses. Probably the best 2 songs that they brought back this tour.

That's kind of sad. If people don't know this stuff it's their own damn fault. I know most of the first set aren't hit singles, but with the exception of Far Cry every other song getting played is off of albums that went gold and platinum in the US. So it's not like they're playing songs that weren't on successful albums.

I've been going to concerts for so long, you would think the fact that a lot of people only come for the radio hits wouldn't bother me anymore. But for some reason it still pisses me off now. With the internet there really isn't any excuse as to why someone can't educate themselves about a band they're going to see and what they'll be playing.

Some guy on setlist.fm was saying that Rush betrayed him and he only buys tickets to Rush shows for the hits, fuck everything else. :lol:

Yes, they did. The song was amazing live with the strings. I hadn't seen them play it since 1991. I seriously can't believe that they are rotating it with Dreamline, a song they play all the time. What a travesty.

People actually seemed to really enjoy The Analog Kid. The others...not so much.
