Hit the Lights Master of Puppets The Shortest Straw For Whom the Bell Tolls Fight Fire with Fire:rocker: The Struggle Within My Friend of Misery The God That Failed Of Wolf & Man Nothing Else Matters Through the Never Don't Tread On Me Wherever I May Roam The Unforgiven Holier Than Thou Sad But True Enter Sandman Creeping Death:rocker::party: One Seek & Destroy Nice to see Creeping Death back considering they should never play a show without it. I still don't get playing TBA backwards though. |
Why aren't they opening with Enter Sandman? That would be really reminiscent of the Black Album tour. Ah well, I'm not seeing this so I don't really care, the songs outside of the Black Album are fairly good nonetheless.

Metallica are throwing a slight curveball by playing Black Album backwards, I totally dig it!!

Though, they could end the set with something else, I suppose...like, say, Ride the Lightning. Seems like they'll need to brush up on some of that stuff (especially Escape!) before the Orion festival.

I don't see anything wrong with playing it backwards. A lot of non-diehard Metallica fans probably don't want to hear the Struggle Within end the main set. I think those Holier Then Thou, Sad but True and Enter Sandman is a good way to finish.

Well, nothing says that if they do all TBA album that The Struggle Within needs to end the main set. They could do TBA after this first three songs and use Bell Tolls and Fight Fire to end the main set. Sandman doesn't always have to be the main set closer. |

Maybe James will put Hatebreed on the Orion fest and Jasta can sing Escape for him! |

This. This set is better then the last one, but still, why play the album backwards?! |
