Very, very good show. I've seen AF 3x, and this was by far the best. The 1st 2 times I saw 'em, Roger seemed tired and old. He was full of energy at this one and sounded great. Solid crowd, too. I saw AF at this same venue in '08 and it was dead. Maybe 90-100 people. Probably 200-250 people at this show, which is close to capacity. Solid setlist. Only 2 songs from the new album. I was a little bummed, cause I actually like the new album. Not an expert on Af setlists, but I didn't think they played all of these songs, which was cool to see. YouTube clips tommorrow. Reviewing the tape for the setlist, it looks pretty good.

Yeah, I love the new album too. So stoked to see this show! Mongoloids and Naysayer are sick, too.

I don't think either of them made it. Didn;t bother to check either them out, so I don;t know what they look like. There were 3 opening bands, and neither of the aformentioned bands had merch there. Well, that I saw at least. The first 2 bands were local, and spoke only in French. I speak a little bit of French, but not enough to understand an entire statement in "real life" speed. This leads me to belive all were local acts.

Ok, well those are the two bands opening for them on this upcoming tour. So I dunno if you got a special date or something. Still, thanks for the set man. :fist:

Nah, nothin like that. They probably couldn't get across the border. Happens a lot for Montreal shows

naysayers and the mongoloids were not on the bill for montreal, thats the reason i didn't go :/
