Bane -- Montreal, Quebec -- October 13th, 2011
Venue: Underworld
Opening bands: Enforcers and Dead End Path Miles Away didn't get through the canadian border and Defeater screwed their van's transmission, so they couldn't get here either. It really pissed me off, because they were the 2 bands I was really looking forward to see. I went anyway and it was cool. Enforcers are a local hardcore band, they were ok, a bit generic in my opinion, but their singer was good. Dead End Path were good, especially their last song "Stay Up, Stay Alive". Then, Bane completely killed it. They had a lot of energy and the music was great. My only complaint would be that the singer only sings half of his parts; he makes the crowd sing a bit too much. Seems like his voice isn't as good as it was before. Anyway, they were awesome and I don't regret going. Bane Ante Up My Therapy The Young and the Restless Count Me Out Ali V. Ive seen a few hardcore show's and alot of the lead singers share the Mic with fans. Its cool but if half of his vocals wernt sung by him, then maybe not so good.

Ah, kin of sucks Defeater wasn't there. Still, looking forward to this show a lot!

I hate when bands want the crowd to do over half the vocals
