That Megadeth setlist is better than the ones from the other Big 4 shows. Hopefully it stays that way for Mayhem Fest

That sucks they cut Call of Ktulu, I was hoping for that to become more of a permanent song.

They did. For some reason the OP is missing Sad But True and The Call Of Ktulu after All Nightmare Long.

Metallica's facebook posted the setlist and those two songs are missing from it, so I'm not sure if they were actually played or not.

Solid set. Weird though, that they're only changing up a couple songs. Usually they change up ~6-7 songs each show.
