Oh, they're still doing the two night stand?? I missed them do the memories tour in LA last November cause it fell on the weekend right after Thanksgiving and I couldn't get work off. I was trying to get some friends to go with me to Vegas in January cause they did both albums back to back in one set. Now that was historic!

Shiiit. That'd be awesome! Saw them open for blink-182 a few years ago. They totally stole the show. |

I've seen Weezer twice and both times have been free. The second time I had to watch from the roof top of a Home Depot cause the hotel they were playing at reached capacity right before I got in. I had to run away from the cops during the hour they played  |

GTFO THE FUCKING MALLRATS SONG?![/QUOTE] Yup. One of my favorite Weezer songs. they have been playing that one a lot in the last few years. |
Best Weezer-related memory:
Deftones playing a cover of Say It Ain't So right in the middle of 7 Words during the part where it stops for a second before "shut up you don't know me". During the Back to School tour in 2000. The whole crowd was singing along. :light: |

I loved WEEZER when they first came out, and definitely appreciate the first two albums. After that it got too much of the same for me.
If you like WEEZER, then I strongly urge you if you haven't to check out a band from Chicago called the SMOKING POPES. I only saw WEEZER once when they were touring for Pinkerton, opening for No Doubt, with Face to Face as the opener. |
