Deftones -- Boston, MA -- May 9th, 2011
I had a review written, but my computer froze. I will write a full one later, but let's just say Deftones and Dillinger both fucking killed. Here are the sets.
Dillinger Escape Plan
Farewell, Mona Lisa
Room Full Of Eyes
Gold Teeth On A Bum
Sunshine The Werewolf
Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)
My Own Summer (Shove It)
You've Seen The Butcher
Change (In The House Of Flies)
Passenger(with Greg Puciato) (One of the best single song performances of 2011, if not ever for me)
I'm super excited! 12 more days! Just really wish they would add Royal to their setlist for good....
I revisited the Deftones catalogue the other day, and now im kinda bummed I didnt see them a couple weeks ago in Van. I did catch Deftones open for Metallica back in 03 though so its not a biggie.
Im so fucking pissed i missed this show. I was supposed to go too

Amen on that, I would have loved to hear that. They swamped in Prince, which I like a lot, but I would have rather seen Royal.

Ah, I saw them play Prince on the last tour they came down here. I've hear all of Diamond Eyes but 3 songs. I really don't know why they don't play 976-Evil and This Place Is Death. Awesome songs.
I wished they would have include nosebleed for the Chicago setlist but what can you do.
Just got my ticket for Monday. Craigslist is still the best place to get last minute tix around here. Jakked!
