Iron Maiden in Virginia 7/20

I know there are a few of us who are going to this show. The show in Pittsburgh last week inspired me to make this topic. I got to the venue at 12:30 but was told parking lots didn't open until 5:30. So I came back at 5:10 and there was already a huuuge GA line, turns out somebody told me the wrong info. I still got on the rail because luckily I had won FTTB. I don't want this to happen to any of us at the VA show because who knows how these sheds operate, they never seem to know what's going on. I figured maybe we should exchange numbers so if the venue is being hard to get along with we'll have a way of keeping in touch with each other in case something like lots opening early happens. I would be pissed if we all got their early and then got fucked out of the rail by uninformed venue staff. If y'all want I figure we can either post numbers here or PM the other guys who are going.

I plan on getting there around 10 or 11 hopefully. I'll try and bring a cooler with some water too. Here's a pic so you know what to look for.

My mom wouldn't approve of the # thing, but I'll be going :rocker:.

Does anyone know when DT comes on?

If they don't open the parking lot until later in the day, I will park as far away as necessary and walk. I don't give a fuck. There was no FTTB drawing (thank god), and I intend to be on the rail as a result. I plan on a 10:30 arrival. Has anyone ever been to this place before and know where they will want the GA pit line to form from?

I'm suggesting that we get the number of the nearest pizza place that delivers, splitting costs, and getting food that way. It's super convenient and much easier than trying to pack lunches to keep all day.

I am gonna be driving from Myrtle Beach SC to catch this because my family decided to go on vacation this week:tp: I should be getting there around 12 but could anyone who shows earlier maybe give me a heads up to what the whole situation is?

Does everyone that's coming prior to 3pm have GA tickets? If not, you're probably giving yourselves a lot of unnecessary headaches. The only reason I plan to be there any earlier than that is to wait in line.

I've been there twice but both times were a few years ago and I had seats so I'm not sure about the GA line. Pizza sounds like a cool idea to me.

Here's the scoop for those going. Called the venue today, parking lots open at 4:30, gates at 6:30, and the show is at 7:30. So us pit dwellers will have to find somewhere else to park until the lots open.

I know there's 2 7-11's on either side of the venue, but they're down a ways. When me & my buddy went to Crue Fest last summer we walked to the wrong one and my dad had to drive all the way to the other side to get us:hecho:
