I wouldn't be suprised if they change it up a little bit for some of the shows, Opeth is usually pretty good about that kind of thing.

But its a guaranteed awesome show no matter what they play anyways :rocker:

Hopefully they don't change April Ethereal and The Moor for the NYC show

I would prefer other songs from the other albums.

I mean it's 20 years since the band has been in existence and i thought for sure they were going to finallly finally play BLACK ROSE IMMORTAL and still not doing it. I hope they at least rehearsed it cause if they did i'm gonna get a pow-wow going with all the rest of the VIP's and at the meet and greet we have to beg Mike and the gang to finally pull it out. I love Advent but it's not Black Rose and it's FUCKING TIME to take it out of the bag and play it and what better than NYC. Night and the Silent Water is great as well but again not Black Rose. I bought the VIP ticket thinking for ABSOLUTELY FUCKING SURE it would finally be played. If they didn't rehearse it still an awesome setlist. April Ethereal is perfect since most of these concerts are taking place in April. Come on I know I am not the only one that wants to hear Black Rose live.

If I had to choose a song from each album, it would probably go something like this:

personally, I would have rather heard the entire Still Life album, but BWP is still an incredible choice to hear in it's entirety. Cannot wait for Wednesday, it's going to be one hell of a show.

I will be quite happy if they stick with this. Only seen 2 before of the 8 in the second set. Have been praying for Wreath and Harlequin...AE and The Moor are the icing on the cake.

Never seen Harvest or Funeral Portrait either...beyond psyched for those.:party:

It was really a tough decision for me deciding not to go to the LA show. BWP is my least favorite Opeth record, but I'm dying to see them play four songs, Twilight is My Robe, Apostle in Triumph, Karma and The Amen Corner. I'm just thankful they did not play Twilight is My Robe and Karma, or I'd be one sad puppy and really been regretting my decision not to go.

Here's my desired setlist for the XX Tour:

Play any album in its entirety besides of one Steven Wilson produced (preferably one of the first four Opeth records)

I agree about BRI, but I think Mikael hates most songs on Morningrise so it's doubtful we'll ever hear it.

Opeth needs to come back to D.C.:cool:
