Korn -- Hammond, IN -- May 27th, 2009

KORN Hammond IN, May 27 2009

What a motherfuckin' amazin show. I must say that this by far, at least top 5 in my vast list of concerts (That is about 60) and for sure one of the three (out of ten) best concerts of KORN I've ever seen.

The excelent set of old songs and energetic awsome performance of the whole band (especially Jonathan Davis and Ray Luzuier) gave the whole audience what most people never expect, that feeling of that amazing, and original band they are.

So here it is:

1.Right Now
2.Chi :rocker::rocker:
3.Good God :rocker::rocker:
4.Did my time :D
5.Thoughtless :bliss:
6.Falling Away from me
7.Ball tongue/Lodi Dodi :party:
8. Clown :blaze:
9.(Intro Bagpipes) Helmet in the bush:mad:
10.twist :mad:
11.Fake :rocker:
12.Divine ::rocker:
13.Y'll want a single
14. Coming undone/We will rock you
15. Somebody someone :blaze
16.Freak on a leash
17.Blind
18.Here to stay :allan:
19.Got the life:allan:

For anyone who thinks this is bullshit go and see it for yourself.

My favorite tour was the 1st leg of the LIP tour in 1996. Good to see they are busting out a good chunk of matieral from the 1st 2 records.

Wow... I kinda have a soft spot for the early material of this band (exexexfav band lol junior high) and a lot of stuff here. I'd probably actually go see them on this tour... if they weren't popular and thus playing huge (far away) places and costly and surrounded by what could be a horrible crowd that would make me sad.

It's a damn fine list. I hate the fact I missed them last night. NIN kinda took all my $$$ a few days ago. Hope they will do a set similiar to this when they tour for their new album prob at the end of the year.

Yeah same here. I like bands like Maiden, Metallica, 80s and power metal but I like old Korn...usually the singles that were exposed on modern rock radio. I wouldn't mind a small venue watching them, I agree with you on that.

I'm with OffBeat, next to the Life is Peachy Tour this tour is Boss. If I were to draw up the perfect Korn setlist it would be pretty close to that one. I'd take a few new ones off and add Ass Itch, Kill You, Faget, Kunt! and Counting but overall I can't complain.
