I'm in the metal concert filming game, and have been for 3+ years. I film to trade + collect. I don't make a profit in any way, nor will I (nor have I ever) sell any of my recordings. It's just a hobby!

A few small few cuts for battery changes. All Shall and Machine Head are 2-cam. Haven't done the mix yet. Hope to soon. Both sets of footage are pretty good. Megadeth isn't great. I don't know how much longer Slayer will be around, so I said fuck it, and drove the 7 hours to Reading. Met my buddy Bill from PA before the show, and blasted a good amount of Beck's. Balcony wasn't open, so I had to film from the floor. Luckily, I got a good spot, and the floor had a bit of a high rise, so there aren't many obstructions. Audio is pretty solid as well. Security guards everywhere, and they are very anti-filming. My buddy took some clips w/ his hi-def digicam, even a couple from on stage, as Biohazard let people on about halfway through the set. Dark as the night, narrow floor, and low stage. I stood on top of a nasty-ass couch, about a foot off the ground to get a little bit higher position, but that's the best I could do.
