I love Foufounes Electriques. The best venue in Montreal IMO (since Le Medley closed). Yes it's small, but it has a nice high stage, some of the best lighting I've ever seen in a club, and an absolutely amazing PA. I wish it were bigger, so that the bands that usually get booked at Club Soda would be play Foufs. Show came out really good, had a good spot, and didn't get shaky, as I do sometimes. This show was great. The last time I saw AF (Albany - April '09), the band lacked energy, and Roger looked and sounded rough. Totally different this time around. Roger still shows his age, but he sounded great and played w/ his usual energy. Rest of the band was great, too. A very good setlist and the crowd was pretty good, too.
