Great Machine Head set, but they ought bring back Descend.

They did on the Arch Enemy tour, and I'm guessing they will if they do a proper headlining US tour like they've been talking about for the past year.
40 minutes isn't bad considering Slipknot is playing 90.

Also it says Bodom is supporting, did they play or is this a typo?

They've played the rest of the tour so I'd assume they played here as well. It probably was similar to the setlist in Helsinki: (courtesy of Scythes of Bodom (http://www.scythes-of-bodom.com/site.php?lang=en))

1. Evil Dead II Theme (Intro)
2. Hellhounds On My Trail
3. In Your Face
4. Hate Me!
5. Blooddrunk
6. Hate Crew Deathroll
7. Downfall

Living Dead Beat was planned, but they ended up not having enough time. I don't know if it was kept off the setlist for the whole tour

Every Machine Head set thread gets the Vio-lence treatment, eh? We need more Kyuss, damnit.

I was at this show too and have to say Slipknot really surprised me. They were excellent.

I managed to miss Children Of Bodom and nearly all of Machine Head annoyingly.

Will have photos up of all 3 bands in due course.

I can't speak here since I hate Slipknot in general, but there's nothing really wrong with wanting to hear a band's biggest hit live. The problem is that most band's "hits" aren't their best songs, or in some cases, anywhere near them.

Needs less Blooddrunk/AYDY songs.
