This.

They should take out The End Of The Line for The Judas Kiss.

And the one-two punch of Frantic and Until It Sleeps is just...:eyes:

Oh, and:

They should take out The Day That Never Comes. I really like the song, but having that plus One in the set is like having two of the same songs.

Put in some Creeping Death or Whiplash, plz

no complaints except that i was really hoping for all nightmare long.

i have seen only 6 of these songs live before so i hope most of this list stays the same throughout the tour :D.

It's the same framework with a couple of extra Death Magnetic tracks thrown into the mix... The order is a bit different and the double encore thingy is gone... less St Anger and more Death Magnetic should be welcome to most.

I remember they used to basically do nothing from St. Anger and at worst maybe one Load/ReLoad song plus the obligatory Black Album staples, the rest was all good shit. I don't think it would be outlandish to hope for them to just do whatever 5-6 Death Magnetic songs they choose (though the omission of "All Nightmare Long" is glaring), obviously "Enter Sandman/Nothing Else Matters", and then save the rest of the set for the ripper tunes.

+1
A couple people I know went, I'll be interested to hear how it actually was by the look of the setlist.

I'm seeing them 4 times in January so I hope they continue to change up the setlist from night to night.

Until It Sleeps is tolerable for me, since I've never seen it live before.

I'm surprised Fuel is not in the setlist. Not that I'm complaining, but it's been a staple ever since the Re-Load tour.

I really want to see All Nightmare Long and Suicide & Redemption from the new album.

I'd also like to see Orion and And Justice For All. They've played those two songs in Europe the past couple years, but not much (or at all?) in the US.

i saw And Justice at ozzfest ;)

but yeah, about the setlists, it is lacking a bit but i don't really care. i saw the metallica set of the decade so i'm still happy. if they change it up each night, i'll leave happy after both shows at the forum. and i don't really care for frantic. it's getting a lot of heat on this board but to be honest, i kinda want to see it live :eyes:

I'm gonna go see the Metallica cover band instead, because the singer still has a legitimate voice and frankly I don't feel like paying upwards of 100 bucks to hear less than 10 of the songs I want to hear.

I don't what's more ass-raping: the "convenience fee" when buying tix online, or the variable venue fee. i think just the term "convenience fee" just adds a level of burn to said ass-raping.

the online fees are worse. most venues i got to charge only like 2 bucks extra but ticketbastards charge anywhere from $6.50 to $25.00. well at least thats my experience

Pearl Jam did, but they lost that battle.
