I was just browsing a couple sites that do promotions for shows around here and I came across this one

March, 2009:

Soilwork
Darkane
Daylight Dies
Swallow The Sun

I like Warbringer and I'd kind of like to see Darkane, but is this a good tour? I dunno lol

Swallow The Sun are awesome. Warbringer are cool, Soilwork aren't bad live either. Good tour if the tickets are cheap. I'd see that if it came here.

I checked out Swallow The Sun on Last.Fm and they didn't sound too bad. And I have heard good things about Soilwork live, as well.
:D I guess I'll be going.

YES!!!!

I know that bands rarely have much say in their tour partners, but I DID tell Speed when I saw Soilwork this March (on my birthday, actually) that they should bring Darkane over next time.

I'd love to see Darkane. This will be amazing if it's true!

Got to see and hang out with Soilwork earlier this year. Great guys, and put on a killer live show. Warbringer are sick live, and I'd love to see Swallow The Sun so I'll be at the FL date if there is one.

Soilwork just confirmed for the Sweden Rock Festival. Looks like they're aiming for a big year.

Hmm, apparently Daylight Dies is just filling in for Warbringer for the "start" of the tour. No dates yet.

Hmm, apparently Daylight Dies is just filling in for Warbringer for the "start" of the tour. No dates yet.

North Carolina's DAYLIGHT DIES has been added to SOILWORK and DARKANE's forthcoming U.S. tour for 10 shows beginning January 30 in Rochester, New York. Continuing to support its latest record, "Lost to the Living", DAYLIGHT DIES was selected to replace WARBRINGER, which is unable to start the tour due to extended recording obligations. Also scheduled to appear is SWALLOW THE SUN.

Commented DAYLIGHT DIES bassist Egan O'Rourke: "We are all ecstatic about the opportunity to tour with three bands we are huge fans of. We have been cranking SOILWORK in the van since our first tour so it will be a true honor to get to share stages with them."

DAYLIGHT DIES with SOILWORK, DARKANE, SWALLOW THE SUN:

Jan. 30 - Penny Arcade, Rochester, NY
Jan. 31 - Harpo’s Concert Theatre, Detroit, MI
Feb. 02 - The Muse, Nashville, TN
Feb. 03 - Jack Rabbits, Jacksonville, FL
Feb. 04 - The Garage, St. Petersburg, FL
Feb. 05 - Culture Rom, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Feb. 06 - Backbooth, Orlando, FL
Feb. 07 - The Masquerade, Atlanta, GA
Feb. 08 - Music Farm, Charleston, SC
Feb. 09 - Amos Southend, Charlotte, NC
