I really don't play stuff on a regular basis weekly... with all the review stuff I'm listening to different albums every day.
But over a longer period, these ones definitely crop up a lot:
Zakk Wylde - Book of Shadows
Pride & Glory - Pride & Glory
Alice Cooper - Brutal Planet
Star One - Space Metal
Bruce Dickinson - Chemical Wedding
There are probably others...

How is it?
Great. I'm very very impressed. A big step up from Majestic IMO, and surprisingly, a bit of a return to the classic Gamma Ray sound present on the original Land of the Free.
Highlight tracks for myself were "When the World", "Opportunity", and of course, the godlike nearly 12-minute-long "Insurrection".

You could've used a better vocalist there. Jorn's done stuff I'm not too big on. Now take someone like Zak Stevens on the other hand, and then we'd see.

Yeah I been bumpin' Red Album a bit lately as well  My only problem with it though is that basically all the songs feel underdeveloped to me. They need to improve as songwriters in order to take the next step as a band.

I guess I get that. But sometimes you don't need any pretension, you just want a two-and-a-half minute metal song that doesn't let up (O' Appalachia) or a shameless Leviathan-era Mastodon knockoff (Wanderlust).

Yeah its a pretty damn good album.
One album that has just owned me for a while now is Black Flag's My War. If you're ever going through shitty times in your life that album is essential. Also besides new 2008 releases I've been listening to a lot of old Alabama Thunderpussy, Thin Lizzy, Iron Maiden, and actually getting into stuff like Johnny Cash and Neil Young more.

Listening to In Flames' Sense of Purpose...Move Through Me isnt awful, Mirror's Truth is good, Disconnected isnt terrible, The Chosen Pessimist should be good, but it isnt that great...none of the songs made me go :wow:, and none of the songs sounded original. The vocals were the same throughout the entire album, except for a few instances.....This one lacked the catchiness of the past three. You can say what you will about Reroute to Remain, Sountrack to Your Escape, and Come Clarity, but at least the songs were memorable and the choruses were catchy.
