For me it has been Manticora! I'm really starting to get into these guys. 8 Deadly Sins, Roots Of Eternity, & Darkness With Tales to Tell are just amazing albums.
Also been listening to Symphony X a lot. Can't wait for the new album!

I've been on a little bit of a Testament kick since I found Live at the Fillmore in a resale shop for $1.

I like to keep a variety going, but I guess Acid Bath. And, I rarely get stuck on single songs, but I can't stop listening to "Barefoot in the Dark" by Deadboy and the Elephantmen (the later band of Acid Bath frontman Dax Riggs). I haven't heard any other songs by them that I like as much, and I thought some of the stuff from their new album was terrible. But that one song... so good. I actually had it on my bulky-ass Creative mp3 player back in highschool, it's ironic that I didn't get into Acid Bath until now.

I downloaded their discography and have been listening to about an album a day on repeat. Getting all psyched for the summer tour!!
Also the new Freedom Call album 'Dimensions'. Good to hear some new power metal!

Yea, that one's pretty good. It'd be even better without the hogwash (i.e. all the stupid outros and interludes)

Great buy!
Hard to find a better one. :)
Although (and keeping on topic) a contender might be my brand new Ruckus subscription, which is free via my part-time studenthood at Eastern Michigan University, and through which I have recently downloaded about 4 other Testament albums that I've either lost somewhere along the way or else never had, plus 2 albums by Atheist, 2 by Primus (which I used to have on CD until some bastard stole them from me about 15 years ago), 1 by Nile, 1 by Meshuggah, 2 by Miles Davis, plus much more... So yeah; I've been listening to my new Ruckus downloads a lot.

I disagree. I love the interludes. I love the way he uses The Idol chorus as a reoccurring theme in those acoustic interludes.

TheClansman1114 doesn't seem to want to mention he stole my copy of the album. The copy that is rightfully mine anyway.

I guess what I meant is the "horny hedgehogs" at the beginning of Chainsaw Charlie, and the "Johnathan? it's time" outro at the end of "the Idol."

That " horny hedgehogs " thing makes me want to steer off the road. It's soo damn annoying! :flame:

A lot of King Diamond lately, especially Abigail, "Them", and Conspiracy.
Also I've been listening to Dir en grey's newer material (Withering to death and The Marrow of a Bone) increasingly more often for a while now.
Oh and Greg Lake era King Crimson has been somewhat dominating what I listen to lately.

Of course you do.
You're response would've been the same if I had said: "I've been blowing Kai Hansen recently"
... actually, you're response would be: "OMG! HOW?? Where can I sign up?!?!"
