Listening
EDIT: Fail.
Eh, medicore.
It's got that sabbath flavor, but was a bit too bombastic. The lyrics could have been better too.

Yeah, basically a mix of recent-Dio and Dehumanizer
Ronnie's voice alone is worth listening too though always, no matter what the hell he's singing about, his voice is just fucking superb.
But Tony, dammit, wtf :hecho:
Yeah, basically a mix of recent-Dio and feces.
fixed.
You guys weren't actually expecting the second coming of Children Of The Sea were you?

Quite like Master of the Moon stuff, but pretty doomy. I won't mind if they play it live.

where are the inspired, fast anthems like die young and stand up and shout? Dio needs to do something else besides write boring slow stuff

Chances are, Dio didn't write this. Just the lyrics.
Besides, I like my Sabbath doomy. This just doesn't quite cut it.

But your favorite Sabbath song is Symptom Of The Universe?

His voice sounds lke crap.
Sweet Jesus, lay off the Mick Jagger and Bob Marley before you go making those kind of comments :hecho:

Where did that come from? You have Mick Jagger's nutsack on your mind 24/7.
Actually, now that you mention it, Mick Jagger & Bob Marley back then > Dio now.
Dio on Dream Evil (to name one example) is a completely different story.

I have Mick Jagger's awful singing voice on my mind right now that's for damn sure :barf: And Bob Marley, what the fuck, Bob Marley?   No comment.
"NO TECHNO! NO REGGAE! IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS! METAAAAAAAAAAAAL TO METAAAAAAAAAAAL.....GUTS! TO GUTS!"

Until the acoustic interlude, it's a doomy song!
But I do love that acoustic interlude...:eyes:

Mick Jagger's whiny voice has never come close to Dio on his worst day. And don't even get me started on Marley.

I'm just trying to piss off Addi. :D
Look, the fact of the matter is this. Dio sounds awful on that song, end of discussion

I'm not a fucking retard.....I know who does the song.....I am saying a Heaven and Hell song with the energy of that song, or even if they played that song live (doubtful)......would be cool.

TV Crimes moves at just about that pace.

Fact: Dio sounds fine on the song.
Fact: Kraft called, and they'd like their cheese back.
Congrats to these guys for writing a parody of their own songs :(

thats why its such a kickass song .... and this one: it could be on Master Of The Moon and I would have no idea it was sabbath, except maybe for the solo and probably not even then. I agree w/ the already said: too much slow stuff, they need another rocker, and I think Dio's voice, while still technically there, is used too often to over-emphasise notes, which sounds bad imo
