"Due to irresolvable personality conflicts as well as musical differences, I am permanently leaving the band AUDIOSLAVE. I wish the other three members nothing but the best in all of their future endeavors."

Yes! Bring on RATM :fist:

I will not miss Audioslave one bit!

Right.

I don't agree with President Bush on a lot of issues but suggesting revolution or overthrowing the government makes you worse than any Administration.

So what are your thoughts on Thomas Jefferson?

I read the interview where Tom Morello said that, and I'm fairly certain he was joking or it was taken out of context.

I wouldnt mind a RATM reunion......but they didnt bring down capitalism and Western style government with their pro-terrorist, socialist lyrics the LAST time, what makes them think they hold enough power to do anything THIS time.

;) There's nothing wrong with gaining independence. But we already have it. Saying that Bush has taken away our independence would be a gross exaggeration and to suggest overthrowing him is preposterous. People were far more pissed at Nixon and he took care of himself. If fate has it that Bush isn't supposed to finish his term, that will work itself out.

The government doesn't need to be overthrown, just brought back to its roots :allan:

Today I found out that I'm part black. And I still feel the same way about George Bush as when I woke up this morning. Seriously.......:eyes:

Think about that over breakfast tomorrow. :allan:

I like all three bands (Audioslave, Soundgarden, and Rage Against The Machine) so as long as one of them is still going then I'll be good.

Since Cornell and Morello & co. were each 1000 times better before they combined to form Audioslave, I am inclined to agree.

OJ, and energy bar, and some Coke Zero. Truly the breakfast of champions.

By the way, in case my previous post made me sound insane, I can assure you that it is 100% true. I found out yesterday that great-great-great grandfather was African-American (I may be off a great or two in one direction or another).

Have you tried the Cherry Coke Zero yet? I think it's pretty good.

full blown rage tour now possible :horns:

nothing against cornell, i really haven't heard much soundgarden, but audioslave lacked the passion that RATM had, it was all really kind of boring with no emotion, and this I blame on Cornell

Rage Against the Machine :rocker:

On an equally racial note, I asked my little brother (who is bi-racial) who his favorite president was, and he said Abraham Lincoln, because "he unleashed the slaves."
