Anyone listen to these guys?

They are an Australian band that Metal-Archives classifies as Doom/Gothic/Symphonic metal. I only have only heard the songs on Sombre Romantic, their Myspace, and this video (http://youtube.com/watch?v=bEcYIXaj-R8). They are very classically inspired. Some industrial influences in there.

The are releasing a total of THREE albums in 2007, the first of which comes out April 3rd. They got together with some symphonic orchestra and made 2.5 hours of gothic doom metal...Should be awesome.

You guys should get them out, if you like gothic, doomy, symphonic stuff....Especially fans of Nefilim/Fields of the Nephilim.

EDIT: Heres their myspace....http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=55462238

listen to the first track, an excerpt from their new album......sounds awesome

I have Sombre Romantic and I dislike the record, I find the male singer very annoying and the music a little bit unispiring but maybe they got better. I have the edition tha comes with the EP.

Its not really the rockin music that you seem to listen to.....its more atmospheric....The male singer doesnt sing as much as he moans and wails....but oh well...

If I want atmospheric music I listen to The Gathering, Antimatter and new Anathema...even Portishead does the trick for me.

If you like this band, that's fine, they just are not my cup of tea.
