maybe...I like some songs from both bands, but I cant stand the hypocrisy of their message, and the annoying voice of the singer...

"When you live in a capitalistic society, the currency of the dissemination of information goes through capitalistic channels. Would Noam Chomsky object to his works being sold at Barnes & Noble? No, because that's where people buy their books. We're not interested in preaching to just the converted. It's great to play abandoned squats run by anarchists, but it's also great to be able to reach people with a revolutionary message, people from Granada Hills to Stuttgart." - Tom Morello

Exactly. That is why you can buy the International Socialist Review at the Stanford Bookstore and get hit on by the cashier just because you are a socialist buying a socialist magazine in a capitalist university :fist:

They have a couple songs that own hard as I remember, but in general their albums are way too bogged down with bad riffs.

I like their music, and some of their lyrics.....their overall message of resisting conformity, how the government turns us into machines, etc...that is okay......but the overall anti-capitalist, pro-terrorist (bombtrack), extremist themes I cant stand...

I do like Sleep Now in the Fire.....FYI. NP

I agree, they can be very extremist sometimes, but they still play kickass music, and bombtrack is one of my favorite songs by them so its ok:D

hope this turns into a full-blown tour,

Zack de la Rocha>Chris Cornell

Their self-titled is their best
