From Michael Amott....

"We will be continuing to rehearse through the next few weeks, working on the new songs. We have already written some 7-8 life-changing and ridiculously huge metal hymns; this is all in my own (not so) humble opinion of course! You'll see... :-) This stuff is SADISTIC!

"Totally looking forward to 2007 and all that it will bring, some things are planned like the South American tour (which is going to be so much fun I'm sure!) and the studio time we have booked for March/April. I'm aching to get in the studio and lay these tunes down..."

This was certainly not the case at my show. Interesting. I can't imagine Arch Enemy blowing anybody off the stage

Everything was flowing right during their set. The aura was right, and the metal was a-flowin'. It was probably the only time all tour that this was the case, but they were incredible, and I can't wait to see them live again.

At Ozzfest, they were totally fucking amazing.... They actually opened up Shoreline and I mean really opened it up! The vibe after their set was more like 2:30 PM than 9:00 AM! We're even talking broken bones during the pit in front of us. :eyes:

thats why i missed them . . . i thought they were playing at 9:40

i only caught the last 30 secs of we will rise . . . but it was enough to make me want to see them headline

On the otherhand, I caught their followup headlning gig at Slim's... they weren't that exciting that night... On the other other hand, I caught the tail end of their gigantour set... just like the Ozzfest vibe. Hmmm...

Seen 'em twice, both times good but entirely unspectacular.

Like I said, it was probably a fluke, but they impressed the fuck outta me. :D
