Oh, I forgot GWAR. I'm a casual fan of their music at best, but c'mon, every metalhead needs to see them at least once for the experience.

Anybody who's been on the board for more than about 5 minutes knows I wanna see The Stones about 37 more times. As far as bands I have yet to see:

Sabbath
Neil Young

That's pretty much all of who I'd really like to see but haven't.

Just to warn you, unless you see the Dio lineup, you won't be getting that great of a show, and that's coming from one of the biggest Ozzy fans here.

I've gotten a bunch out of the way... Some of them more than once... I still can't believe that at the end of next week I'm seeing Queensryche for the FOURTH time since February 2005.

I just can't get into Grave Digger. Some of the music is brilliant but the vocals as a whole are just shit.

What do you mean? He doesn't move around a lot, but he can play that guitar like a motherfucker. I must see a different Sabbath show than everyone else, because I swear, the two times I saw them, not only does Ozzy move around a lot (and says - by far - nicer thinks to the crowd then say Bruce Dickinson) but the rest of the band really manages to lay down a great performance as well. My only complaint is that in 2005, Bill seemed to really trim a lot of the fills out of his playing.

its an acquired taste. I bought Tunes of War at CD Connection a few year ago, just because I liked the cover, having no prior knowledge of German metal...and they turned out to be one of my favorite bands.

Savatage

Yeah, if only.

I'd pay big bucks to see them live with the 1995-1999 lineup. That was just godly. Sure I love Criss Oliva (probably my favorite guitarist), but he's dead and I can't dwell on it. Some of the vocal arrangements on the Wake of Magellan tour with Zak and Jon singing together were just... Wow. Amazing stuff. I have a 2+ hour bootleg DVD from Italy on that tour, it's just amazing. They do like 18 normal songs, 4 songs acoustic, and bits and pieces/medleys of about 10 more. It's just insane.

But yeah, in order to see a tour happen, all of the guys would have to be available, which is nearly impossible because half the guys are all involved in several other things...

Holy shit I forgot about them! There's another one I have to see live. If they ever get around to touring again. Aside from the Family Jewels DVD it feels like its been forever since we've heard anything from them.

Really? Not like I'd be able to afford to go, but that's interesting. Their activity level since... like 1990 has been sort of... well... yeah.

Yea, it's definitely not like they're a band that needs a high level of activity. And they could just tour for the hell of it and it would sell like crazy. They wouldn't even need to put out a new album (which would probably sound exactly like all their other albums).
