Amazing show. Isis was great, and it was a packed house in GM Place. Tool made it their own. I must say I think the people in the stands got a better show than the people on the floor, cause of the crazy ass stage production.

1. StinkFist
2. The Pot
3. Forty-Six and 2
4. Jambi
5. Schism
6. Lost Keys
7. Rosetta Stoned
8. The Grudge
9. Right In Two
10.Sober
11.Lateralus
12.Vicarious
13.Ænema

Some great songs there, but it should focus less on 10,000 days. (Even though its the tour for it :hmm: ) I'm not too thrilled about the length, but I guess I wouldn't complain.

I stayed up 'till midnight waiting for the set to be posted. Same with Calgary. I could post a huge long rant but I'll condense it: Bull-fucking-shit.

And they didn't play The Grudge ya dumbass, otherwise I would have had a heart attack:D If they throw in The Grudge this set will look 100x better.

I've done it too much over at the Tool board anyways. Maybe when I post my show review I'll touch on it, if things don't change.

They played the same set tonight in Edmonton as well, but of course there was NO 'The Grudge' and they switched 'Right In Two' with 'Opiate', which they'd been doing previously.

Opiate is an EXTREMELY better song than Right In Two, IMO.

100% agreed. But it still doesn't improve the setlist much at all.

You have to understand that when it comes to Tool he doesn't know where to draw the line.

Word on Isis' set is that they are playing 4 songs, but the only 100% confirmed so far are So Did We and Dulcinea.

Last night at show in Gorge, Washington a member of Tool's stage crew confirmed that they have been rehearsing Wings For Marie/10,000 Days and The Grudge during soundchecks. The setlist stayed the same last night, but it'sl likely they will be bringing these songs out soon. Here's a link if you wanna read it, 4th post down: http://toolnavy.com/showthread.php?t=58676

They have been playing that as soundcheck every venue.
And they don't let ANYONE else in the building while they play it - not even staff or support bands.

The staff obviously have to be setting up while they do it, otherwise how would have the word gotten out?:eyes:

i am now toying with the idea of not going to see them. If they put on a great set sometime, i may reconsider. The venue they are playing near me won't sell out so i have plenty of time to decide

It's gonna be your first show, you'll love it. But for those who have seen it once, twice before have come to expect better.

thats not a bad set. either way, Tool is awsome live. I would go see them again for sure. I just hope we dont have to wait another half decade for new album :)

by the way on blabbermouth.net you can see video footage of slayer playing in vancouver for the unholy alliance dvd. that was still the best tour of the summer.
