Holy fuck what a concert!
Just before the show me and my friend were hanging out around Massey Hall then the tour bus came it. Myung, Portnoy, Petrucci and Rudess came out and waved and said Hi to us, then went inside. Not 5 minutes later LaBrie came by (since he lives in Toronto) and talked to us for a couple of minutes. He said he's feeling alot better since cancelling the Detroit show which was a good thing.
The show itself was amazing. The entire band sounded bang on the whole time! The setlist:
1. The Root of All Evil
2. Another Won
3. Afterlife
4. Under A Glass Moon
5. Innocence Faded
6. Peruvian Skies
7. Fatal Tragedy
8. About To Crash (Reprise)
9. Losing Time/Grand Finale
~~Intermission~~
10. As I Am
11. I Walk Beside You
12. Sacrificed Sons
13. Octavarium
~~Encore~~
14. Jacob's Ladder (Rush)
15. Wait For Sleep/
16. Learning To Live
The highlights were Octavarium, Wait For Sleep/Learning to Live and the Jacob's Ladder cover (which the band did perfectly!)
Overall rating: 10/10
