I would love to know their current aversion to playing Philly because it's been 4 or 5 years

Wait, Kreator are the special guests? Other way round here, and I'd be surprised if Arch Enemy were that much more popular than Kreator in the US?

Kreator did a co-headline tour with Accept here in 2012 and the show at the Palladium sold like shit.

The Overkill/Kreator/Warbringer tour didn't even sell out Empire in VA which is a 500 capacity venue. Such a damn shame.

That's the lineup? Fucking AE not coming here. Last time I saw them the openers were All That Remains and Mnemic, it's been THAT long.

They did one with Overkill in Philly that did decent but Overkill comes here once or twice a year to the same venue so it wasn't exactly a priority for a lot of people.

Nice. I'd like to try to make it to this. Fuck that Huntress chick, though - she seems like a bit of a condescending egomaniac to me.

Bullshit. Lots of folks here like them - or at least, we did back when they were highly relevant. Nowadays, I've moved on from Eurothrash to many other different preferred styles of metal, but I can't deny I loved me some Kreator once upon a time. I'd be down to see them, if only for the sake of posterity and the fact that I never got a chance to see them back in the day.

It's all for show, I've met her before and she couldn't be a sweeter person(just a little out there)

 No doubt. I'd have to question the sanity of anyone who would pass up that opportunity.

Call me a big softy, but I guess I'm willing to believe that. I've seen both sides of her personality in interviews, and I guess the cynical side of me just assumed that the sweet side of her was just an act. If you've actually met her, I'd trust that over a couple of interviews on YouTube.

Truthfully I can't think of a woman in a band I've met that wasn't extremely nice, well two but ones not even really a national act and the other is one of the most miserable people ever

Its a sad world when Kreator plays before Arch Enemy :(
When I saw them back in 08 or 09... or 2010.... the place was absolutely packed.

I too can't believe Kreator has to open to Arch Enemy. It's sad... I remember enduring that chick screaming over her mic before Maiden on the DOD tour, it was painful

Cheers !

Arch Enemy are great. It's just that their correct place in this arrangement is special guest not headliner. Sane countries get that right.

Anyone replacing them for these shows?

I'd be ok with a song or two longer set for Kreator :D

Before the new singer I was always complaining about not having seen Arch Enemy in Florida since 2006 since I missed them in 2008, but now, not so much.

The Toronto promoter said it's a co-headliner, so I'm guessing they get equal set lengths.

I think it's funny Arch Enemy's FB posted an ad for fans living in PA to buy the new album when they have zero dates scheduled in the entire state

The flyer sure suggests co-headliners to me.. Arch Enemy may be on top but Kreator's logo is just as big.
