I'll go to this if American Sharks are literally wearing huge shark costumes on stage while playing.

Woah, Clutch playing the Midland here? Hope they can fill it out. But I'll try to make it for sure!

Actually hasn't Lionize toured with Clutch a lot more recently than The Sword?

The only time Ive been able to see Clutch was with Lionize.

It helps that Tim is in both bands.

Really weak support on the summer run and this as well. Guess they all can't be COC and Orange Goblin.

I got to a Clutch show for Clutch. Good openers are just a bonus.

As it should be. It's just nice when tickets to see them are getting more expensive and they tour so much to have solid openers too :)

As true as that is, tickets in Minneapolis are only 22 bucks. I've paid more to see worse lineups.

Clutch usually has their openers fairly low key. It's still better than seeing Murder By Death and Danko Jones open for them like I've seen before. Their biggest support I've seen in non festivals out of the 11 times has been Prong and that was 6 dates. Not even a full tour.

Lionize has grown on me. I really enjoy them. No idea who the Shark band is. I'm all in on them playing in shark costumes though.

I'm seeing them open for Red Fang tonight. I'll give a report when I come home.

Unless I have zero visability of the stage, i always take at least one pic of every band I see live, so I can totally do that.

And I'm interviewing Red Fang as well, first interview in a little under a month.

Sadly American Sharks did not dress up as Street Sharks.

That said though, they are damn good, very reminiscent or Torche.
