So yeah, since falling out with Joe Bonamassa and ending Black Country Communion, Glenn Hughes has mostly just been posting half-baked philosophical nonsense and selfies on Facebook.

But he's now started a new band.

Glenn Hughes - vocals/bass
Andrew Watt - guitar
Jason Bonham - drums

Album is finished, will be out later this year. It's apparently a pure rock album.

Andrew Watt is a 23-year-old American guitarist introduced to Glenn by Julian Lennon, of all people.

He did post a cool photo of him & Iommi tho.

He'll probably wrote some philosophical lyrics in which he explains it's all Joe's fault (which you know as well isn't).

I hate that BCC fell apart, but I am optimistic about this.

But I'm still all for a third Iommi/Hughes album. Because he still is a great singer, and a highly underrated bassist.

I'm always interested in new GH music. I would love a new Iommi album and a tour more than anything. But I'm also up for a new GH solo album, and this new band, and I'm looking forward to seeing him sing with Deep Purple in April too.

He just shouldn't speak or type. Ever.

This.

Two years ago, he did an interview with Aardschok magazine and here are some quotes: "I'm a rocktstar", "Do you think that within twenty years anybody will remember Kings Of Leon", blahblah... :eyes:

Plus, I do think that Joe Bonamassa did the right thing with putting his solo career first, no?

Definitely. Joe's albums are great, and hanging around to sing two songs per album in BCC was pointless.
